When you arrive for the first time, we will provide a full induction including tuition in the correct way to bath your dog to achieve the best results. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
An appointment is required for the initial DIY dog wash induction.

After your induction, an appointment is not always necessary but please call before coming to use the DIY dog wash, so when your dog rolls in “un-pleasantries” on a walk, you can bring them straight in and use our facilities!
